- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At KOD LLC we are big on systems, with any short term rental there are systems that need to be in place to make it seamless for managers, owners, cleaners, maintenance, and other staff. With each and every customer we take the time to create these processes step by step so there is transparency and everyone knows there roles and responsibilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been hosting since 2019 and have had as much as 9 listings going on varies platforms at one time. We also boast a decade long background of customer service and business experience.
