I was provided a very detailed inspection. I wish I had consulted this company for my initial home inspection upon closing. He is very customer oriented and addressed any current concerns. The inspection report was completed shortly upon completion in an electronic document. There is no doubt I received the very best inspection possible!

We had an amazing experience and highly recommend Texas Prime Inspections. We have a new build home, with the 1-year initial warranty running out in 4 months. Having our home inspected was a very wise decision. The work done was thorough, easy to read, and professionally presented. Do not hesitate if you are considering this business.
Update 5/10/24 - Based on the thorough inspection performed, our builder reviewed and repaired EVERY item on the inspection list, even the 'nice to have' items. There were no less than 65 items identified. Again, we cannot thank Texas Prime Inspections enough for their high-quality work as we would not have known what to look for, let alone all the corrections needing to be completed that were found. It is nice to have found a company that not only does great work, but goes above and beyond!

I am happy that I made the right decision and chose Texas Prime Inspections. Justin is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He answered all of my concern. He did a fantastic job and gave me a thorough report and explain all the details in layman term. The price is very reasonable compare with other home inspection around houston. I follow their social media account and I learn a lot of things from Justin regarding on what to look for when doing a home inspection. Definitely I would recommend Texas Prime inspections to anyone who is seeking top-notch home inspection.

Justin did an amazing job inspecting my new build home. He went above and beyond and provided a very detailed list of things to be fixed before moving him. He helped me ensure the builders corrected the issues and even offered a complimentary reinspection to ensure the work was complete.

Im a first time home buyer. Justin was awesome. Close attention to detail down to the smallest crack in the wall. Justin walked me through the whole process and explained every detail and answered all my question and assured me my home was ready. The report was detailed, clear for my builders to understand. Justin followed up with me after the inspection and left the communication open in the event I had questions in the future.
