- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company can work with most budgets. We have a partnering company that works with us to service to ensure all our potential customers can have their desired event experience. It is really important to know your budget, and that includes the most you would pay for something in the event you go from “I LIKE that” to “OMG I LOVE IT”!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask all of our customers to answer a few questions online (call if preferred), and then we come up with a proposal and send it to you unless you know exactly what you want. The proposal would include an invoice with the options you can choose from. In most cases, a 50% deposit will secure your product creation, otherwise payment plans will be offered for larger budgets and extended services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively we have over 10 years of event planning and decoration experience. Experiences include wedding management, corporate event management, and social engagements and parties.
