Claver was so professional and kind. He responded immediately and was able to give me a quote via pictures. $250 to fix five holes throughout the house. He also was able to do a handful of other small, but time consuming tasks with our molding and banister and also replaced the fire alarm on our 12’ ceiling for an additional $100. His work was so great and he spent so much time in our home that we added an additional $50 for spending his entire day here. $400 to have move-out peace of mind is absolutely worth it. He also was able to fit us in the very next day which worked really well with my schedule. I would HIGHLY recommend him. We will be hiring him again for another job in a few weeks.
