I could have included professionalism and value also but you limited me to 3. Jim is the best. He hooked up my original computer to my new printer and my new pc. I was told by the last tech that it couldn't be done. Jim did it....and within an hour!

Dr. Tech is my go to person and I’m blessed I have his number saved. 6 hours on with Century Link to get my upgraded modem set up without any luck. I tried hooking up my existing modem with no luck and tech support said it’s not posable to use the previous modem. What the heck????? Dr. actually said my existing modem was better so we used that. I have a bunch of his card that I need to give to clients!!!! My hero!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
DrTech offers 20% discount for new welcomed customers, and a 10% for Seniors. we also offer an onsite free diagnostic, beside our policy which state that if we fail to fix it then it is free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Collect as much as possible, up to the knowledge of the customer, information about the tech gears i.e. brand, model, years in service; also, collect information about the problem(s), when, where, how they started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a CompTIA certified Professional which recognizes me as a proven problem solvers who is able to perform critical IT support tasks including, but limited to, device configuration, data backup and recovery, and operating systems configuration. CompTIA A+ certified professionals have demonstrated baseline security skills for IT support roles and are able to detect and remove malware, address privacy concerns, and troubleshoot core service challenges.
