- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bill $70.00 for 1 hour travel and $70.00 for each hour of service labor for requests made for service during normal business hours. This is the lowest rate in our industry locally. We charge only list price where as our competitors charge 2.5X their cost. Our parts pricing method is significantly cheaper than our competition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our technicians are dispatched 24 hours ahead of time. If you require same day service, emergency rates ($105 per hour travel and service) will apply. Service We are completely paperless. We have our proprietary system done on the Apple's iPad technology. The customer signs the iPad and we send a copy of the service report (no prices available on the service report) before we leave the premise. We will then send an email with the invoice within 24 hours. Installations We send detailed proposals within 24 hours. If we are requested to make a site check to measure for new automatic door systems, we do not charge for estimates.
