Lloyd was always quick to respond and very thorough in walking through both the initial estimate process and the work to completion process. We had our home pressure washed and trim painted, and we're very happy with the results.

We needed our Dryer Duct replaced immediately (it fell apart in the wall). Joe Lloyd was able to call me right away and get an idea of the situation. He came by the next day to give us an accurate estimate for his recommended approach. He explained the reasoning well & answered all my questions in person. Then, I handed the phone to my husband who was unable be to be home at the time. Joe answered all of his questions, too. Joe came by the next day and did the repairs. The cost was reasonable and we were grateful for their expertise, no-nonsense estimates, & friendliness. Will recommend Lloyd's without hesitation.

We had a leak and needed some exterior siding replaced that had rotted. Joe did an excellent job- he found an exact match for the siding (which was not easy), resealed and recaulked, painted, as well as washed and repainted other parts of the house that needed attention. He was courteous, friendly, and very easy to work with. He's also offered to come check on it in the spring, free of charge.
