- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have insurance pricing by using insurance based programs and we have self pay pricing for the customer who wants to pay out of pocket or does not want to file a claim.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to meet our customers and walk each project with them. This insures we are all on the same page and understanding of what they need and want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC Certified in all areas of services we provide. We also have 30 years experience in our fields of work.
