FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts me I like to have a pre-session consult to get a feel for what the client is looking for during their session. Location, timeframe, indoor or outdoor, casual vs formal, candid vs posed, or a combination are all questions I ask. Other typical questions would be how many people are going to be included in the session is it is a family session? Ages of children and number of kids to be photographed. Getting a good feel for the client is essential in a successful photo session.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide range of customers from local families, Brides and Grooms, to the Giving Tree Preschool here in Lawrence, as well as the KU Medical Center Neurosurgery Dept.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my favorite projects that I have done recently is put together a legacy book for a gentleman and his family. It consisted of a 20 page album that included family memories as well as all of his career accomplishments. It meant a great deal to his family to have this album to commemorate all of the many stages of his life.
