- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing isn't complicated we price by the square footage of your home which is normally cheaper than an hourly rate. We have tried both and find that with an hourly rate people tend to rush you through the jib often missing things that would normally be cleaned if we were doing a standard flat fee per sqft. When a job is priced that way it doesn't matter if we are there 2 hours or 4 hours the rate stays the same and the efficiency of the cleaning is much better.
