Introduction: Hello Everyone,
I believe we all have gifts. My place in this world is to be a place of kindness, support and strength, a grounded place for those in need, so that they may find their own light and way.
I went to school for life coaching and Reiki levels I, II and III. I have also done many fields of study for shamanic, spiritual, holistic, earth-based guided meditation, very much incorporating the Native American and Eastern philosophies I have learned.
Whether it be personal, professional or just help with goal setting and support, I have a very down-to-earth, honest, sincere approach to these things. I am proud that I have helped people, professionally and personally, not leading people but rather holding the space for them to truly see their own light and brilliance.

Rio mezta is absolutely amazing! I can't think of another person I would speak more highly of. How can I even begin to describe my experience working with her as a life coach and reiki master. I came to Rio seeking help when traditional western medicine was not working. My father had passed away and I was faced with many struggles settling a very complex estate. I was so overwhelmed with anxiety I could not sleep. I would go for 3-5 days with no sleep at all. The doctors I saw put me on an endless cycle of the strongest antidepressants and nothing was working. I was so medicated and more depressed as all this medication just heightened my anxiety and did nothing to improve my sleep. Through meditation , reiki, and a program of juice fasting Rio not only helped me completely ween myself off all the western medicine I honestly think she saved my life. I have so much respect for her life experiences. They give her a unique perspective that really allows space for you to learn and grow. She is compassionate, kind, gentle and very wise. The reiki was the most powerful I have ever experienced and the work I ended up doing with her went so far beyond what I came to her for help
