- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In real estate there is no set standard. the usual commission when selling your home is right around 6 percent, but is always negotiable. There is always a $350 - $400 TC (transaction coordinator) fee with every listing and sale.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you're purchasing real estate, I will usually find out what you're looking for, if you've been pre qualified, what your price range is and what area of San Diego you're looking in. I work closely to try and find that perfect match.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm continually educating myself in all aspects of real estate.
