- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts offered: New homeowner, expecting parents, senior, first responder, repeat customer. Pricing for all of our services will vary based on the type of pest and the particulars about the structure(s) being treated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever we get a new client, we first speak with them about the particular pest issue that they are experiencing. Once we get an understanding of the type of pest as well as the infestation level, we can then tailor a treatment process that works the best for our customers based on their needs. Once we treat, we make sure that we follow up over the next several days to see how things are progressing. If there is a problem, we speak with the customer about other treatment options or we will retreat if the treatment had a warranty. Most of our treatments do come with a warranty, unless a one time treatment is chosen by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we do have continuing education courses in pest control. In fact, pest control operators and their employees are required to take a continuing education course once every year to stay up to date on the latest developments in pest control.
