- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started to notice that kids and young adults were not being taught all they really needed to know in school. Do graduates really know what it means to turn 18? Do people really know the effects of social media? I have owned several businesses and have held executive positions and I was surprised that young adults and adults had trouble shaking hands, interviewing and having confidence in themselves. Being able to take all the skills that I have learned and pass them on to others to help them improve their self-image and confidence. "The race is not always to the beautiful"
- What types of customers have you worked with?
For children I do basic dining tips, effects of bullying, social interaction, shaking hands and grooming. Graduates: What it means to turn 18, effects of social media, interviewing skills, shaking hands, resume writing. Adults: Business etiquette, how to get ahead in the work place, interviewing skills, self-image, dining tips. Employers: How to build a culture within your business and get your employees to buy in. This is just a sample of what I can do for you.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A Woman had been recently promoted and was having to attend a formal business dinner. Wow was she nervous. I taught her some tricks to ease her nerves, showed her how to have confidence on the outside even though she was nervous on the outside. Which fork first,as she was overwhelmed by a fancy table setting. After her business dinner she called and said everything I showed her worked and her confidence is so much higher now.
