We prefer flat-rate pricing instead of hourly - that way our customers know what they committing to up front.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are a lot of companies/individuals that offer the same services we offer. Any time you are hiring anyone in these professions: Take the time to Google and look for any reviews (good or bad) Ask them for a list of references Never hire the first one - always get a few quotes Don't be afraid to ask questions and keep asking until you understand the answer - a good tech person will be patient with you and want you to understand what they are saying before asking you to commit
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Getting to the first page of Google is an unrealistic goal - there are a myriad of factors that determine that... including where your customer is physically at when they search, the search terms they use, and so many other factors that you can't control or predict.
