- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very fair pricing in our industry. Because each and every situation is different, it usually takes an in-person estimate to get a feel for the actual pricing. We are able to "ballpark" prices for customers, but it usually depends on what we see when in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I attended many seminars and trainings when initially starting this company, lately it has been more online following and courses. The Internet has opened a huge opportunity as it let's owners of cleaning companies around the world, talk and share ideas about the industry. Besides online, I usually attend a few trade shows and workshops a year to get the latest news on products in our field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After high school I started off as part of a cleaning crew doing overnight cleaning in factories around Akron, Ohio. After years of "learning my trade" I decided to open my own commercial cleaning business.
