We highly recommend Jessica Worley. We had been legally separated for six years and recently sought to make the separation a divorce. (Long story!) Anyhow, after contacting three separate lawyers, each of whom quoted a price of well over $800, we found Ms. Worley. Naturally there were Court fees to pay, but her rate to prepare the paperwork and do the leg work for us was extremely fair and reasonable. She was professional, timely in all of her correspondence, and on top of every document and deadline. I never once had to email her to ask how it was going because she always emailed us updates. In addition, her personality, even through email, was friendly, engaging and upbeat. Without hesitation, we rank her business 5 stars.

Flew from Toledo to Phoenix to help my son who was going through a difficult divorce. Prior to leaving, did some research on who could help us with this ordeal. Took a chance and notified Jessica, she has been the only bright spot in this whole ordeal. She showed a level of integrity, true concern on helping us out with the best solution, She did everything she said she would, answered every annoying e-mail I sent to her, what a terrific woman. Our situation should have been rather simple (no children, no assets) but my sons wife turned this into a nightmare. Jessica was patient, understanding and helpful. With Jessica's assistance we are on the road to finalizing this divorce. It's unfortunate I am allowed only to give her five star rating, she deserves more.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attend at least ten (10) hours of approved continuing education each year. At a minimum one (1) of those hours is dedicated to ethics based curriculum. This is not only a requirement to maintain my legal document preparation certification but I also truly enjoy continuing my education to be the best I can be!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly, we do work related to divorce: divorce petitions, divorce decrees, child support and child custody matters. Although these are most common, we can also help you incorporate an Arizona business or form an LLC.
