FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Complicated pricing packages from other photographers are often so confusing that even I am not sure what the prices really cover. My pricing could not be simpler. The only required fees are for the photographers time at the event. After that, each item is listed and available for purchase - optionally! You are not required to purchase anything unless you want to and that can be done anytime after the wedding. This way, you can buy what you want when you have the money!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In this world of rapid change in any field using electronic devices, continuing education is necessary for every service provider to be able to offer the latest and best to their customers. With a combination of online courses, professional training seminars, instruction manuals, books, and DVD Videos I manage to keep on top of the latest photographic industry advances and changes. My artistic landscape photography gives me the ability to try new ideas and new equipment in an environment where customers are not affected. When I arrive at any event, even with new equipment, I have already spent many hours using it to make sure it works and fits in with my photographic style!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I teach photography now almost as much as I shoot events. In addition to event shooting, my work as a Photographic Landscape Artist is one of my passions so I am shooting quite a bit of Art related images right now. I take event jobs (including weddings) as they come along and get a special satisfaction being able to provide a professional photographic solution for couples on a budget.
