- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is affordable enough for any sized business. In fact, we focus primarily on website design for small business, non-profits and startups. We create some of the most beautiful websites in your industry, which include hosting, support and on-going management of your content at cost that's very affordable for any sized organization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to understand your pain points. Knowing this allows us to create realistic goals that will achieve the results you want to see. We also strive to learn what makes you different from the other businesses in your industry. That way, we can highlight your uniqueness in our work. Once we have that set, we connect you with your own project manager. When you work with us, you won’t be passed from person to person, lost in a fog of communication and email chains. Your project manager will be your conduit to all progress and answers throughout the building process, so you’ll always know where we’re at with things.
