Afro-Ethnic Folklorico

Introduction: I am a professional dancer who performs and teaches Afro-Ethnic dance to people of all ages from youth to senior hood. I specialize in storytelling through dance in schools and low-impact African stylized dance and rhythmic yoga for other audiences -- for those who want to feel energized and reinvigorated and dance to live drumming for fitness without worrying about bad knees or backs, etc. I do personal training in ballet, modern and African/Afro-Caribbean dance styles. I create costumes and curate events generally based in Afro-cultural education and entertainment.
