Don't fall for the bait & switch. Unfortunately a very common practice is having a company come out based on a very low price "special" such as whole house for $49.00. When they get out there they "find" things wrong and scare you into spending hundreds if not thousands more than should. Get it in writing and have them specify "NOT TO EXCEED". If they tell you something is broken or needs to be replaced - ask to look at it. Have them show you.
