Introduction: I specialize in one-on-one training, small group training, boot camps, sports specific training, pre/post natal, weight loss and general conditioning. I train with TRX, Kettlebells, boxing, agility ladders and more. My training approach is to consistently progress groups or individuals to higher levels of fitness and conditioning safely and effectively. With this emphasis on improvement, there is the regular change in style and variations of workouts. My philosophy of a fit body means “no weaknesses” in all categories. This approach works hand-in-hand with keeping the mind just as strong and active as the body and making effective lifestyle changes in eating habits. No key is left unturned in his dedication to keeping his clients motivated and accountable in order to reach their goals.
