FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually prefer to work over the internet and phone, this allows me to expand my client-base to areas that are out of reach for me (anywhere outside the Miami-Dade county area.) I'll begin with a consultation before we begin to gauge the needs of the client then discuss pricing and a desired deadline. Depending on the project, communication with the client can range from daily to only a few times throughout the project; however, I encourage open communication to make sure the client and I are on the same page. Once the project is complete, I send the product to the client where it will be evaluated for standards and quality. If necessary, prices include up to 2 revisions. Once the client is satisfied with the finished result, payment can be processed through Paypal, checks, or cash (payment method also depends on location of the client).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Florida International University alumna, who majored in digital media studies. Keeping up with this fast-paced industry takes dedication and the willingness to master the field. READ, READ, READ! Writing is something I am constantly doing and I use different platforms depending on my location and available resources.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in resume writing. There's something about taking the bigger picture and highlighting the important areas that make these projects fun and challenging. I get to learn a lot about the person I am helping out and I appreciate every opportunity to do so. Other projects have included developing academic writing assignments for students to better understand the writing process and successfully write effective papers. In past projects, I have helped students needing simple services such as revisions or critical feedback and perspective, or something more complex, like developing a structure for a research paper. I also provide copy writing and original content for blogs, articles, etc. along with revisions and editing.
