- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You'll pay based on how much work I have to do. Because some jobs are simpler than others, and computers automate many tasks, it will not be hourly. We will find an agreeable price and set the terms of what needs to be done, as well as some extra things you may like done if I'm able to get to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always studying and visiting conferences for cyber security which is my primary field of expertise.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mind is wire in such a way that when I see a problem, I need to fix it. I was using a computer at a very young age and the rest developed naturally with intuition.
