- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure to get a full written quotation before authorizing any work, especially in a locked out situation. There is almost NEVER a need to drill a lock. A true locksmith can pick almost any lock out there without damaging the lock. Some less scrupulous vendors will claim "you have a high security lock that cannot be picked", then drill out your lock and attempt to sell you a low grade replacement lock that they claim is very high quality and charge far too much for work that didn't need to be done in the first place.
