FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wardrobe clients will sign into one of my signature style programs. Once they complete their initial program they have lot's of options for continued support. All programs pricing, exclusive seasonal discounts and freebies lives on my website so make sure to explore :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone is different and has different needs. I would say the most common process would be as follows: Clients will book a 30 discover call to chat. This is where we get to know each other and clients share their style goals. Once they register into their program I share my questionnaire which helps me understand who they are as a person. We schedule our in person sessions and virtual upfront so we have an outline to follow over the next few months. Some fun notes of the process are listed here: The wardrobe audit is where I review clients' entire wardrobe and discuss how to style pieces, what they should donate and what they need. I take pictures of looks they love to create a look book for them to keep as well as I make a list of must-have wardrobe items to round out their looks. Next, based on the list I created, and within their budget, I research stores and plan a shopping trip to get those "must-have" pieces. We have lots of fun with virtual lookbooks and finish up with an in-person style session.
