I recently had an alumawood patio cover installed at my house. The salesman, Adam, was such a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful and punctual. The crew that built my patio was also great. They did such amazing work! I would recommend any of my friends get their cover from KM patio covers!

I first dealt with K KM Patio Covers 4 years ago,I am a Property Management specialist and was looking to replace a dilapidated wooden structure at a client's home. I received several estimates from companies in the area and KM was not only the best price, they were also the most responsive and easiest to deal with.
Since working with KM four years ago I have called them back for over a dozen different projects for properties I manage, including my personal home. Not only are they great the first time, but the projects they have done for me have been better and better. They are the only call necessary for a great patio cover.

This is my first time using Thumbtack and I was a bit skeptical of the quality contractors I would find on this app. I had a few out and all were great but I decided to work with K and patio covers because they offered a great price but also didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need or want like can lighting for my patio cover. They were on time and were able to complete my project in one day. Very happy with everything. I would recommend km patio covers and I would also recommend the Thumbtack app.

I had an old wooden patio cover and I was looking to get some help to repair it. The prices people were quoting me was in the similar range of what km patio covers charge to replace the whole thing with a modern Alumawood Patio cover. I am very happy that I found this company to help me out.
