Amara Yoga & Arts is a multi-disciplinary yoga studio offering daily yoga classes for all levels on a drop-in basis, programs for kids, art exhibits & workshops in a beautiful, friendly & nurturing environment. Styles include Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin. You chill out with gentle candlelight yoga or work up a sweat with a high energy class such as power flow or Ashtanga. Our highly trained instructors love teaching first time yogis, advanced practitioners and everyone in between.
