Introduction: I offer personal training with a specialization in kindness, yet the firmness of holding a person to task. I have had a stroke at age 18, yet that didn't stop me from running 50 plus marathons. With over 35 years of experience, I have learned to work with and around a person's weaknesses. Also, I do pay attention to nutrition and stretching. I have attended many workshops on assisted isolated stretching. I've found this to be most effective on people's injuries and muscle imbalances.
