- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is subject to each job. Most times we will give a fee for service that includes everything- this makes it easier for the client to budget, and there is no question later. Sometimes an hourly rate is necessary, again, depends on the circumstance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to their needs and wants. I assess them by asking lots of questions. If they like what they hear, I send an engagement letter outlining our discussion along with an estimate for fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NAPA- National Association of Professional Appraisers- Senior Professional Appraiser designation (SPA).
