Introduction: I am a San Francisco based psychologist who has 20 years of experience helping individuals transform their lives. At a time when the society is rapidly changing, I can help you deepen your relationship with your core, bolster your potential, fortify your motivation, and enhance the likelihood that you reach goals that are important to you. I recognize my clients' unique gifts as well as their often unmet need for balance and nourishment. As such, I aim to help all my clients feel better able to navigate the challenges that beset them, deepening their understanding of how their own personal history informs their choices, while connecting them to what truly revitalizes them. If you want to better learn how to cope with life's ups and downs, or manage your fears and depression, I offer a wide range of services that will help you grow. I enjoy treating diverse clients, including clients who live outside the box, and have struggled to find their place in the world as they long to express their unique gifts. I also specialize in treating those undergoing life transitions, those struggling with addictions as well as service professionals and social justice/environmental activists. In particular, I understand the exquisite sensitivity of those in the helping fields and the immense personal cost of attempting to better the world one lives in. I welcome into my practice everyone--including those who feel stressed out or burnt out, under-appreciated or overlooked. For these, I offer hope and a path of greater self-knowing and self-love.
