- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have prices for every service that I offer but all the time clients can split the payment in two or three parts. I'm very flexible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Is very important that client feel me more like a friend that is trying to help not just someone that is trying to get some money from them. Clients can count with me anytime even in weekends or holidays, and they value very well that attitude.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always be with the intention to learn new programs. Right now I would like to learn Z-Brush.
