Don't select a photographer by price only. Sit down with them and discuss your wishes. Do you get along with him or her? This is extremely important for all day photography like weddings. Check out their style, ask for referrals. Go with your gut. Good quality photography is not cheap. If you are able to purchase a print for $3 or $10; then they're probably not professional.
