    Please come motivate my students to work harder. Please come motivate my employees to want to be here, want to do a better job, and feel appreciated. Those the most common requests I hear. An enlightened employee and is motivated employee. Employers know they will get more from their employees if they are appreciated. When I speak at a school or business, I leave the audience empowered to make better choices and better decisions at home, at school and at the office.
