Introduction: I have worked with many different applications and solutions for small business and understand as a business owner the challenges of growth. While there are always solutions, many of them are extremely costly and may not fit the budget of a small business. My ability to think outside the box and deploy cheap and effective solutions, allows your business to grow without excessive ongoing fees. As your business grows, we can improve areas and allow your technology to expand with your growth. I am a problem solver. I love being able to work with customers on projects and goals and deploy solutions the business owner is happy with. When a project is complete and the business owner begins to use my solutions, I enjoy being able to hear feedback and tweak the solutions to fit the business better. Most customers do not know exactly what they want and that is perfectly fine. We only need to know what our customers want as an end result or what problem they are currently facing. We can provide multiple solutions and explain the benefits of each and how each one will allow for future growth as well as ongoing costs of each solution.
