Ask them questions about their experience, and focus less on the cost, than what the cost is going to include. How long have they been in business? What is their training? How many newborns have they photographed?
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It takes a lot more than a camera to make a photographer. When someone is a good cook, you don't say to them, "Wow, your stove made a delicious meal" It's the same with photography - the person behind the camera is the creator...and the person is what matters.
