- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on what the video production will entail. How many crew members will be involved? How many days of shooting? How many locations? How long will the editing take? etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate intensively to learn everything our client expects to achieve with their video. We assemble all the elements necessary to facilitate an excellent video that our client will love, whether it entails the "one-man band" - a camera operator with equipment - or a full-on video production with many crew, cameras, lights and equipment. We can do it all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over three decades of experience in the video production industry. Our CEO has been President of the local media group, Media Communications International. He attends the NAB every other year or so to keep up with all the new equipment and innovations in our industry. He earned a BA at UCSD in Telecommunications and Sociology.
