The problem I was having is it appeared I had a virus that was evading detection by my anti-virus program. Bryce was the first person to reply and his rates were very reasonable. I hired him and he came to my home the next day, on a Sunday. Bryce spent 2.5 hours cleaning up my computer and installing new malware protection. All the while he was very willing to explain everything to me and advise about a variety of issues. He even cleaned up my netbook while we were waiting for the desktop to process. Bryce is very professional, friendly, courteous and pleasant to interact with. I had never hired a computer technician through an online service, and was a bit unsure of the process, but my experience with Bryce couldn't have been better and I would use an online service again.

Bruce accommodated a dear elderly friend for our family who is close to 90 years old. He lives in Oregon and we live in California and we like to check on him and his wife. His computer wasn't working and he can drive but not a lot. I contacted Bruce and he was willing to call him, go to his residence and was successful in solving the pc issues with a reasonable price and he gave him some computer tips to help his pc run more effeciently. Bruce let him know he can contact him again and he will assist him over the phone as well in the future. Before and after meeting with our friend, Bruce would take the time to update me on how everything was going. I would recommend Bruce not only for his expertise but for his sincere workmanship, professionalism, work ethic and going above and beyond to help customers with there computer challenges.
