I went to school for sports and recreation. I am active and love working with people. I enjoy the face to face interaction with clients. I can also see first hand success through my clients.

Just to ask questions about the trainer and to make sure you feel comfortable with them training you. Your relationship and trust will be the foundation for you meeting your needs and goals.
