Brendt assisted me and my family in three matters over the last two years. First, he sued my lender for failing to properly give me a loan modification for over two years. Because of that lawsuit, the lender finally reviewed my loan for a modification and it was approved. Second, he assisted me with a chapter 13 bankruptcy, which reduced my debt and allowed me to pay my creditors out with reasonable payments over several years. Finally, he successfully assisted my son in handling a 7 year old warrant for a DUI and driving on a suspended license.

After my prior attorney quit on me, I hired Brendt to help me with my divorce case and a temporary restraining order my wife had already obtained against me.
