- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently obtaining my RYT 500 hr training for yoga and Ayurveda (nutritional sister science of yoga)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I stumbled into yoga initially strictly for the vanity f hoping it would help me lose weight and maybe gain flexibility. Little did I know it would be the most positive and impact and journey inward of my entire life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Commonly I use yoga postures to restore and clear the mind for athletes. Otherwise we create a full strength and yoga circuit. (15 min yoga warm up, 30 min weight training & 15 min restorative cool down with restorative adjustments and massage)
