Introduction: I believe that I make the gym inviting and less intimidating. My clients look forward to training and think of the gym as a destination. I care for my clients beyond our time in the gym and my job does not end when they leave the gym. I try to connect to each client on a personal level so that they know I have their best interests at heart.
