Mike designed my studio website and has maintained and updated it. as needed, for the past several years. His creative vision is outstanding, matched by his ability to execute the designs we came up with in a timely and professional manner. He's also very accommodating when it comes to meeting and handing over material, files and ideas, biking to mutually convenient coffee shops or other spots to consult, although it'll quite often be after he's done teaching for the day, which works out well for me, too. On top of all that, he's quite affordable for a very small business. I get compliments all the time for how my website showcases my work -- I don't do much on-line advertising, but get queries from various states who specifically mention how enticing my site is.

I contacted Mike Babcock to design my sport fishing website www.nickymagnummedia.com. As a writer, TV Host and seminar speaker, I needed a cross-format approach and Mike make the site flat out jump. Its edgy, colorful and engaging. I have had many outlets contact me for various business including TV hosting gigs, speaking engagements, and writing opportunities through the site due to its professional yet fun approach that I asked for. I seriously do not have anything negative to say, in the beginning we honed out exactly what I needed, and it was done pronto. Thank you Mike! Highly recommended.

Mike created our very first website for us about seven years ago. Recently we asked him to give us a new look on our website. We changed our logo and wanted it to match our website and the graphics on our vehicles. He did a fantastic job accomplishing everything we needed. We were very busy at the time so it took us awhile to complete the project. Mike was very understanding and easy to work with. This website is outstanding. We have so much more business because of it. I wish we had done it sooner. When customers call, one of the first things they say is "I love your website!". We won't use anyone else.

I give quotes based on the needs of the client. Roughly $40/hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught. I have a graduate degree in secondary science education and have taught graphic design, web design, coding and digital photography.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started creating websites 14 years ago to share photos of my newborn daughter. I taught myself HTML, Photoshop, Flash, Joomla and many more applications. I enjoy learning and creating.
