- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is very simple. Clients invest in either 10 or 20 session packages. I am able to guarantee that a client will achieve their goals as long as they are schedule at least two sessions per week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year I enroll in continuing education classes to keep me updated in the latest health & fitness trends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from an athletic and nutrition background and worked several years managing physical therapy clinics. It only seemed like a natural course to start my own personal training company. I love seeing my clients physical change and the impact of confidence building too.
