What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take personal injury cases on a contingent basis. That means there is never a fee for my time unless I obtain a recovery.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year in Missouri attorneys must complete 15 hours of Continuing Legal Education. In addition, I have been asked to be an instructor to other attorneys on the basics of personal injury law.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions. The choice to hire an attorney is an important one. Ask if the lawyer has ever handled this type of case or this type of injury.
