- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary on how far you're going and how much you take. In addition, rates can change with the time of the year due to volume, so most moves require an in-home estimate or at least a personal conversation in order to answer all of these questions. Local moving can be more straight-forward than long0distance moving, but without an in-home estimate, it's difficult to quote you an exact price and that's typical of our industry.
