Introduction: I can teach private or semiprivate "floor barre" classes for dance students as well as nondancers. Exercises resemble those that are done in a traditional ballet class but are performed while lying down on a mat. This form of exercise is used by many professional ballet dancers in order to rehabilitate from injuries and to help maintain overall strength and flexibility in a healthy way.
Exercises will build elongated muscles, incredible core stability, and increase overall flexibility.
