Introduction: My understanding of human biomechanics and muscle activation is unparalleled, because of this I am able to cater to and understand how each individual's unique body works. I have an acute eye for even the most minute differences that make me one of the best form coaches out there. I have learned from the best powerlifters, bodybuilders, and olympic lifters out there and have both applied this knowledge toward myself and others and have really figured out the art of weight lifting down to a science. Each training sessions is designed completely on the fly molding to your body's needs and your aspirations. I love fitness and I believe the body is a temple for the mind, so with a strong body your mind can soar. My favorite part is seeing the progress of my clients, nothing makes me happier than making others happier and stronger mentally and physically, through lifting weights.

Barry is incredible. He has been training me for almost 2 years. I have had a few personal trainers in the past but no one compares to Barry. He goes the extra mile to really understand by habits, good and bad to build a program specifically catered to me. He is also extremely patient, and understands that what works for one client may not work for another. Everyone has different body types/genetics. And he makes sure you real your goals. He is extremely knowledgable and will never settle for less than 100%. Not only is he effective but he's also hilarious!! Which makes training a lot less dreadful. TLDR; Barry is patient, effective, educated and has a great personality!!

Great guy , increased my deadlift flexibility and power output. went from a plate and 25 to 4 plates and a quarter within a couple months. teaches good form and very humble too. thanks for being a great trainer and FRIEND =)

Helped me stay injury free and got my bench up safely. Very detail oriented and made me feel comfortable when training. He pays special attention to your goals and helps you achieve them in a manner most convenient for his clients. Definitely recommend Barry for your physical endeavors.

Barry is a very knowledgable guy when it comes to fitness, health, and the mind. His technique of personal training is very unique in a way that no other personal trainer would do. He teaches one to strengthen mental toughness. He is very inspiring and always gives tips to those who may need a little help with form and building up specific parts of the body. In less than a month, I achieved a 135lb deadlift with excellent form, and I was not a lifter. Not only Barry can train you really well but can also provide great motivation and change your life positively!
