My system is not complicated. It mainly depends on the number of hours, guest count, and location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always talk with you beforehand about the details of your event. Information about your guests, the location, timing are examples of questions I always ask in advance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides being trained to receive my certification, I am always researching the latest drinks and techniques, as well as trying out different cocktails when out and about.
