About
There are two things I really love about photography. They may sound contradictory. First, I love sneaking a great shot of someone's expression when they are totally clueless of the camera on them. Second, I love interacting with people and eliciting a smile or laugh that is natural or a friendship or love that is so special. Mainly I try to be an observer and document what is happening, seeing what is special about it and capturing it to be shared and remembered. They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder and sometimes I get to share that beauty that otherwise would have gone unnoticed.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common and absolute favorite part of my job as photographer is shooting events. I love walking around and capturing people enjoying themselves and each other on special occasions. Another fun area I work in is photographing kids. I have fun interacting with them and getting their natural smiles and quirks to show on camera so these precious moments can be remembered for a lifetime.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a great photographer, it's important to consider not just technical skill, but also how the photographer interacts with people. Are they personable? Can they elicit a good reaction from their subjects. The photographer is capturing a moment in time, and part of that moment is how the subject is interacting with the person behind the camera.
